Why your day never goes to plan

Hi,

Time-blocking is often sold as the ultimate productivity solution. But if you’re a mum, you’ve probably noticed something:

It rarely works.

Children don’t follow schedules. Needs come up unexpectedly. Emotions don’t fit neatly into 30-minute blocks.

Motherhood is reactive by nature. Planning needs to reflect that.

You don’t need to “try harder”.

You need permission to adapt.
